Membership is available to social workers within the NY Metropolitan geographic region who work in dialysis and transplant units. Membership shall consist of regular and associate members. Annual membership will be from January to December in accordance with that of the National Kidney Foundation. Dues are presently $40 per calendar year. Membership includes admission to all scheduled program activities, mailings of meeting notification, agenda and minutes. Active participation in Council activities, committees and elections is strongly encouraged.

Annual Membership can be done at any meeting during the year. Your membership would be valid until the following January.
